Is this sentence a right sentence?which form should be used for the verb. is or are?
I play with everybody no matter what their level is/are

This one's kinda fun. "Everybody" is singular, so you can say "no matter what his level is." But we're allowed to use the plural "their," whether we're talking about one person or several people.

Each person would have his own level, so "level" may be singular or plural. However, the verb "to be" must agree with "level" in number.
