What the sentence is correct?

I don't know between ''It is London where I was brought up'' and ''It is in London that I was brought up'', what is the correct?

It is quite common for us to say, "I was raised in London." Brought up is not used.

'Brought up' is fine in British English.

Yes, you all are right. I also use brought up... wow, did I have a brain cramp while writing this. However, it is not my first choice. I usually use I grew up in Chicago, but I was raised or brought up to believe that the world is round. It doesn't makes a difference either, however I just think raised or brought up is a little more commonly used in the USA when talking about the way in
