What the hell does this mean?
A friend of mine asked me to translate this question. I am not able to do so, maybe it´s because I do not understand my own translation then... It doesn´t make sense to me then. Maybe I misinterpret some of the notions involved.
Here is the question:

I don't know, when we were doing maths in school we spoke of units, tens, hundreds, thousands etc. Units being numbers 0-9.
for example
8265
8 is the thousands
2 is the hundreds
6 is the tens
5 is the units.
for example

For example, 125 has three digits: 1, 2, and 5.
2^33 is 2 to the thirty-third, that is 8,589,934,592. So the units digit should be the last one, 2.
Now, 0.567 is 5 tenths, 6 hundredths, 7 thousandths. The hundredths digit is 6, then.
So, 2 is less than 6, how much less? Two is less than six by four units (6-2=4).
