3. What do pandas have other bears don't have?

Sentence 3 sounds wrong to me.

To me sentence 1 is fine.

Here's my opinion:

#1 - standard
#2 - grammatical, but probably wouldn't be used by a native speaker (unnatural).
#3 - spoken English. I agree with Clive. (But it would be best not to use this one on an English test.)

I'd have to say that #3 sounds very strange to me -- not natural.
At least I would not say it. But I don't see any grammatical reason to reject it.
Neverthess, only the first one seems right to my ear.
