What tense should we use in this sentence?

"After she__________(have) breakfast, she _________(go) to the office."

I think the answer should be "After she had had breakfast, she went to the office". But my friend said we can say

"After she had breakfast, she went to the office"

Or "After she has breakfast, she goes to the office"

So what is the correct answer?
