What tense is this sentence??

Hello everyone. Would someone tell me in what tense this sentence is written? Is it even correct?

"By the time you be back, your father will have been drunk."

I think it uses the future perfect continuous, but there is no v-ing. Thanks.

No. Both parts are wrong.
