What should I say if my boss rejects....?

Hi. I am very new in this forum. Just joined....

I need some help for writing "business style" respond to some clients. The case is......people sent some samples to our company and hope us to distribute their products. For some reasons, my boss rejects these samples for distribution. What should I write to reply these people?

Should I write: "Thank you for sending some samples for our company. Unfortunately, they are not suitable for our company. We are looking forward to working together in near future."??
