What should I answer,,,?

Basically I want to say that I am flexible and can travel anytime.

"We would like for you to visit our San Diego, California, office for a 2-day volunteer “working interview” for the Web Assistant position. Please let me know your availability during the next few weeks; however, please do not make any definite travel arrangements until you have confirmed the dates with me.

We are not able to assist you with the cost of travel, but we will provide housing for you in our guest house during your stay. We will also provide lunch for you at the office.

Please respond at your earliest convenience."

No problem: just say that you are flexible, and give them the dates of two to four 2-day blocks within the next few weeks during which you can go to San Diego.
