What should come after "wish" in this situation?

Hi. Please help What verb would be correct in the blank? Let's say someone has said his mother is sick and is in the hospital. I think the correct tense should be past tense, but can't think of what it should be.

I'm sorry to hear that I wish your mother ___ well soon.
