I think something should be added to this sentence to make in perfect, what is that?
I've been get around. (meaning I walked around city)

Not correct. If you mean "I walked around the city", why not write "I walked around the city"?

The perfect tense form is "I have walked around the city". Continuous: "I have been walking around the city".
