In the school system, do these sentences work?

A: What was your score in the math test? B: My score was 85%.

A: What score did you get in the math test? B: I got 85%. I scored 85%.

In my Middle Atlantic US dialect, it's "on" the math test, not "in", and it's normally just "What did you get on the math test?" The answer is "Eighty-five." You could say "I got an 85."
