What say you??

There seem to be at least three different idiomatic expressions containing "what say".
My questions:
First, is there any other expression containing "what say" than these three?
Second, are these expressions not related to each other?
---
(1) What say you? (= What do you say?): Used to asking someone's opinion.

(2) What say? (= What did you say?): Used to asking again what others already said.

(3) What say S + V? (= What do you say S + V?): Making a suggestion.
What say you and I take a little drive tonight?
What say you leave me alone?

Your (1) and (3) are certainly familiar to me, but I've never heard (2) -- although I have heard "Say what? " Of course it's possible it's used somewhere.
