Students who hope to succeed in the university must possess the following essential qualities. First and foremost, one of the necessary characteristics is good time management skills. They enable an individual to complete more tasks in a shorter period, lowers stress, and lead to more success in life. Therefore, successful students need to plan weekly schedules so that they can attend all the classes they have to, hit all of their deadlines, and take part in more outdoor activities. Besides, university students cannot become successful without creativity. The more you create, the more you learn about yourself, and the more you learn, the more you grow. Accordingly, not only does creativity increase self-confidence in our instincts but also creates many opportunities for promotion in work. Last but not least, people need to improve their interpersonal skills. To be successful, they need to know how to handle relationships and deal with others. For example, in a presentation, interpersonal skills play a pivotal role in keeping interactions between the speaker and the listener. These abilities can be gained by working or doing voluntary jobs. On the whole, students should possess those qualities if they hope to achieve success in university.
