What punctuaion should be added or whatshould be added too the sentence

I respect everyone, we all have disabilities. The reason why I said it that way is because everyone has a disability as you said in our first care club meeting and that has stuck with me and I am happy for that because I’ve never thought of it that way, but now I can see clearly that everyone in this world is the same maybe not in attitude ,looks, or even the way we do things, but one thing that we are as one in this world, we are all human beings. If you have to use a wheelchair, hearing aid or have fear of accomplishing something in life, It doesn't really change my opinion of your IQ. There should be no discrimination among people for the way they look and do things. People with developmental disabilities appreciate the smaller things a lot more than we do which we take for granted . After all, look at Stephen Hawking. He’s still an intelligent guy.
