Hi
I'm doing a CELTA course at the moment. One question I have to address is what problems can learners have with form, use and pronunciation of the following 'I'm looking forward to ..'
am I on the right track with:
USE: they may believe they are talking about the present and not the future. students might use 'will' instead of am/is/are.
Form: Students may use the infinitive and omit the -ing form of the verb e.g I am look. Students may omit the 'to' from the end.
pronunciation: pronouncing Looking, both with the oo and -ing. Maybe a problem pronouncing the contraction 'I'm'
are there any others that are possibles? Any advice gratefully received

cheers
