What part is unnatural in the follwing sentence?

While I was preparing for a test, I came across the following question.

(a) A : How would you define psychotheraphy? What do you do for people?
(b) B : I help people change their minds about ways that they have of dealing with their problems or their lives in general.
(c) A : So in other words, it's something like a self-help program. That be accurate?
(d) B : Well, some people help themselves, and then others have to be taught to help them through a lengthy process called psychotheraphy.

They say (d) is wrong. But I can not figure out what part in (d) is unnatural.

Many thanks in advance.
