What or which?

Hi there, I'm learning english for around 7 years now and I'm really into it.

However, there are still some things that I struggle with.
E.g. : Is it which or what?

If someone told me that he watched a movie, do I say "Which one?/movie?" or "What movie?"
I've heard people using the what-version and now I'm confused.
