What + noun + pronoun + verb

Hi I am trying to figure what the grammatical understanding of the following construction is:

Ex. I would like to learn about what food they enjoy the most.

Is the above sentence grammatically correct?

Is the "what" in that sentence is a determiner?

Thanks!
