What news should I pass along of your decision?

What news should I pass along of your decision?

I have seen the sentence and I was wondering if of your decision modifies what news like what news of your decision and what news has moved in front or of your decision functions as an adverb phrase itself? What do you native English speakers think?

Thank you so much as usual in advance!

"of your decision" modifies "news". It is a reordering of "What news of your decision should I pass along?".
