How far along are you in your pregnancy?

(In truth, in the US, pregnant women think in terms of "weeks" not "months," considering it a 40-week process.)

Whatever, it is far better than, "how pregnant are you?"

Sometimes, "When is your baby due" is the best way to ask. You can count backwards from there.

Make really, REALLY sure the person is pregnant before you ask.

Hi Barbara

How do I make sure? Are you pregnant? Are you expecting? What is the cause of your putting on weight?Emotion: embarrassed

Well, don't ask if she's pregnant if you are not completely sure she is or you might get yourself in trouble if the woman you are asking is a bad tempered person

I'm concerned about her. If she is bad-tempered, my knowledge of karate and taekwon-do will come in handy.

Hi,
There are a lot of cultural and social considerations in asking about this kind of thing, particularly if a man is asking.

If you really want to ask, I suggest simply, 'When is your baby due?'

Best wishes, Clive

Yes. I am not sure I really heard it that way, LOL. It was in a video a member posted here on EF some time ago.
Hey, I even found it!
