What means "living proof"?
Hello!
This is my 1st forum post. I want to ask you what does it means "living proof"?
Some example:
Living proof that the treatment worked
I'm living proof it doesn't work.
I’m living proof that God still works today.
I'm living proof that you change and adapt your style as you mature.
I understand this idiom (living proof) like "life style" maybe... Am I right? Please, try to explain me as simple as possible (I am idiot).

More specifically, I see living proof as referring to a living creature, usually a human being, whose existence is being argued as proof of something.
eg Mary is 100 years old. She has smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for sixty years. She ids living proof that smoking is good for one's health.
