What kind of interview is this?

0 In some cases, a job applicant does not get the opportunity for an interview, but he/she pays a personal visit to the company he/she has applied, probably on a day when others are interviewed, and demand for an interview opportunity. And in most cases, the HR personnel will interview the applicant, although it cannot be guarannteed that the applicant could enter the next round of interviews.02br
