What kind of conditional is this please?

What kind of conditional is this please?

If I had won the lottery, I would be rich.

If it is a type III, so why we don't have the type III structure :

If + past perfect = Would+ have+past participle?

It's called a mixed conditional, III in the first clause and II in the second: If I had won the lottery (in the past), I would be rich (now).
