What 'it' indicates

One of Amber's royal family member, the protagonist was leafing through the magical cards which Luck, his friend, who is badly injured, made.
And he is now asking to luke about two cards which hed didn't recognize the figures on.

"You didn't do these two cards. They're not your style, and you probably wouldn't know what they looked like to begin with."
"Perceptive, My father drew them, back in the time of the troubles?for all good it did him. They wouldn't help him either."
"Either?"
"They weren't interested in helping me."

I'd like to know what "it" indicates.

No, I guess it may seem confusing, but "for all the good it did him" means that it did not do him any good. This is a pattern with "for all". Another example: "You might as well not have come, for all the hel

I think I see and that "for all" in the following has the same meaning as my example
"You can do what you like, for all I care."
