What is your dream vacation?

good day! could anyone take time to examine this paragraph? i made it in preparation of an upcoming job interview, I have been asked this once before but was not able to answer efficently. maybe this will need few grammatical corrections, or maybe thhis paragraph needs a major overhaul..

the dream vacation of which me and wife have been longing is to spend the holy week in Boracay. I choose this place to be our dream destiny for it is known for its dazzling beaches, the crystal waters, a soothing ambience and an array of luxurious modern hotels. It is also a haven for many of our local celebrities, they go there during the holy week. Oh, I could imagine me and wife strolling hand in hand along the white sand powdered beaches … we would pass right in front of a bar or restaurant with all these beach bums getting their skin tanned under the sun. We would stop at a diving facility and would avail of the next scuba diving tour schedule,. I haven’t been on a scuba diving tour, and it would be a very memorable experience… Windsurfing and kiteboarding are choices of activities. Speaking of foods, Swiss, French and Filipino sea foods would be a great treat!. During the night, we would party on a disco bar, watching all the celebrities sporting the newest trends of beach attire, We would see them get wild and wet, moving and dancing along with the loud disco music. We would drink the night away, getting a booze with different wines and spirits that I have never tasted before.

Hi crazylayne, and welcome to English Forums. Before we talk about the grammar, can I ask what sort of purpose this paragraph serves? Is it simply to demonstrate your proficiency with English, or does it somehow relate to the job in some way?

At the very least, change "me and my wife" to "my wife and I" and don't talk about watching celebrities "getting wild and wet." That sound
