What is wrong with the sentences?

I was asked to analyze an essay, and highlight the mistakes. I could find mistakes except for these sentences:

1) Americans are polite at the traffic. (I don't find any grammatical errors in this sentence, but it sounds weird)
2) The drivers drive relax and slow. (Same goes to this. Weird, but I can't figure out. The vocabulary?)
3) If William will come here next, I want to go there with her.(I am not sure about "Will come here next". I know something is wrong with that, but I can't pinpoint it out)

Top answer

1) Americans are polite at the in traffic. 2) The drivers drive relax and slow. The drivers are relaxed and drive slowly.

3) If William will come comes here next, I want to go there with her.

I also suspect that William might just be a guy.

Thank you for the help, guys. I have another question, though.

Sentence: All the cars in Singapore go left side on the road.

I am saying that this sentence is wrong because there should be "on" before "left side" and "of" replacing "on" for "on the road". So the sentence should be "All the cars in Singapore go on the left side of the road". Did I analyze it correctly?

Yes. Most people would also change go to drive and make the corresponding changes elsewhere in the sentence, thus:

Everyone in Singapore drives on the left side of the road.
