What is worth nothing is that

"what is worth nothing is that" should be followed by a clause which is considered as very important or the opposite? For example, which one is correct:

(a) what is worth nothing is that we protect our environment properly.

(b) what is worth nothing is that we just keep talking about environment protection but do not take action.

I think your quote is in error. It should be "What is worth noting is that" Worth noting here means worth paying attention to, or to be of special interest. Worth nothing means to be of no value.
