What is used to say " pro and anti" in the congreess vote?
When there is a vote to pass any law in the congress, the speaker usually declare the voting results by saying something like ( yail and nayl ) which means the number of pro and anti vote. Do you know how to spell those two words and their history?
Thanks you so much
