This guy who's talking is a doctor and has delivered quite a few babies... is that what he is referring to? I just don't understand.....

I'm sorry for putting up so many questions all of a sudden, I was waiting until I could use the internet again, and a lot of questions piled up in the meantime.....

He's telling us that he his experience of being a son was not so good, not so pleasant. Now, he feels unsure about assisting children to be born who may also suffer negative experiences as sons or daughters.
