What is this question's answer?
Hi. I'm Turkish. Turkish students (14 age) took an exam this week. There is an English question in this exam. This question is discussing in Turkey. This question:
Mary Sanders was a successful artist.

D) she could draw many pictures
True answer is D. But a lot Turkish people and English native speakers said "True answer is C.". Can you answer this question? I'm 14 years old and I can't write English very well. If you write an answer, please write an easy English. Thanks a lot.
