What is this kind of shirt called?

Hi,

The shirt that I'd like to know the word for is just like any normal dress shirt, except with a very curved lower hem.

I fed 'tapered shirts' into google for images, but it just returned pictures of slim-fit shirts, not necessarily with round hems. Does 'tapered' mean narrowing at waist level?
The round hem of the shirt Logan Lerman is wearing in the video is made even more obvious by the side slits. Is there also a word for that?
