What is this

Assuming that 15th and 17th are public holidays and you don't have to go to school or work. My question, is there a name for the 16th (not Saturday or Sunday)? And if someone don't go to work or school starting on the 15th until the following week (where there is no holiday), what is this called?

Thanks

Let's assume that I am speaking on Monday the 13th.

eg the day between the holidays
