What is these sentence?

Passengers are requested to remain in their seats until the plane has come to a complete standstill and the engines have been switched off.

I think that "Passengers are request" is a present simple tense in it passive form. But then "until the plane has come" i think that is present perfect in it passive form. And finally "engines have been switched off" is a present perfect in passive form.

Is it?. thanks you so much Emotion: smile
