What is the way to ask what one's job is?
as title, please give me several example (informal or formal)

I am not sure what you are looking for when you say 'title' but formally we call people by title + last name ('Hello, Mr Smith' 'Good morning, Dr Jones') and for friends we just use first names ('Hi, John' 'Good morning, Mary'). Our posts seem to have crossed. 'What do you do?' is fine for first meetings, formal or informal; 'What do you do now? / What are you doing now?' is good for re-greeting old acquiantances.

I missed that. if I am asking you what are you doing now? how can you tell if I am asking what your job is or just asking you what are you doing at this moment?
