What is the title of such person?

I know the term "realtor", it's a person who deals with property sales. I wonder if there is a term for the perosn who deals with property rentals? In other words, the person, who connects property owners to property tenants and get some commissions out of each rental deal, which was made with his help.

I would call such a person a rental agent.

"Estate agents" often look after property rental in the UK. If they specialise in rental, they might call themselves "letting agents".
