What is the sentence structure of this sentence?

What is the sentence structure of this sentence?

"Graham Brady, chairman of the influential 1922 Committee of Conservative lawmakers, said that"there are difficult judgements to make," but he added:"We have a big and complicated tasks to accomplish. I think that it's entirely reasonable to expect hat we, the government, should embark on that, get on with it, seek to negotiate as good an outcome as we can before the people are asked then to approve or reject that at general election."

From the above sentence, I can't figure out the sentence structure of this part:
"I think that it's entirely reasonable to expect hat we, the government, should embark on that, get on with it, seek to negotiate as good an outcome as we can before the people are asked then to approve or reject that at general election."

Could you rephrase that part for me, please?
