What is the right choice in these two sentence?

1- We always take a three ………….. holiday at the end of the year.

a-months b– month's c – month d– months'

2- We will have met in a three ………….. time.

a-months b– month's c – month d– months'

I know the choice for the first sentence and that is (c- month) because ( a three month) is an adjective for holiday in this sentence and I know that adjective never comes in the plural form.

What I want to know is the second sentence and can we consider ( a three month) in this second sentence an adjective, too. Please help with some explanation.
