Yes, you’re correct. “quite”, is the right option. “not” wouldn’t be the correct answer as it would be referring to that the movie isn’t scary at all and there would be no reason to why the object will never let the subject, “you”, choose a film to watch again.
“such” is definitely incorrect, I don’t think I would need to be explaining about it.

Since your left with two more options, either one has to be correct. In this case, “a bit” is incorrect. If the movie is “quite” scary, the subject would most likely not let you choose the film again as it had a larger impact on the subject compared to “a bit”.
