What is the reson for 'any + minute?

Hi teachers,
Could you tell me why the sentence has 'any minute' if the grammar says, 'any + plural countable noun/ uncountable noun?

The party is going to start at 8:30, so the first guests are going to arrive any minute.

I did some research after your reply and I found this one, its meaning in this case is, 'it doesn't matter what minute'. That's why we use 'any + singular noun'.
