What is the plural of "Allens"

I have a course teaching the plural for Morris is "Morris's".

I was taught is was "Morrises". Now I have Allens's. Should that not be "Allenses"?

No. That's not right. The plural is never formed with an apostrophe. The apostrophe is for something else (possession).

the Morris family = the Morrises / the Morrises' children
the Allens family = the Allenses / the Allenses' children
