What is the passive form of "present perfect continuous"

Hello guys,

Is the passive form of "present perfect continuous" [S+ have/has been + Vpp+ By O] or [S+have/has been + being+ Vpp+by O] ?

The reason why I wonder is that the "present/past continuous tense" includes "being" in their passive form. However, I've never seen "being" in any passive form of perfect tenses
