what is the opposite of "get up"?

Hi,

(1) GET UP = something that you say to a horse in order to tell it to start to move

What is the opposite command (for a horse to stop moving)?

(2) On a slightly different thing.

OFF WE GO!

(1) When is it usually used (all possible situations, please)?
(2) What is/are the opposite expression(s) (= you are just arrived at the desired destination)? THERE WE ARE?? THERE IT IS??

Thank you!

(1) "Get up" is what I say to someone who is seated or lying down. To a horse I say "giddy up" to go or go faster. Right, "whoa" to slow a horse down.

(2) You might say "off we go" as an expression of departure. It could be an airplane for example, as it begins to take off. Or when you leave a place by car. Generally it's said at the beginning of a trip.
