What is the name of the construction #2

Normally we say "I like you because you like me".
Sometimes we change the syntax to emphasise something -- the reason in the sentence below:
Why I like you is that ... .
Another example is where I emphasise what I like and not what I do:
"I like music very much", and it will be "It is the music that I like very much".
