What is the most effective

I want to watch english films for improving my language. Which variant of watching is best?
1. English voice and english subtitles
2. English voice and russian subtitles (I'm russian)
3. Russian voice and english subtitles
4. English voice without subtitles

What I always do is, start listening to the audio file and try to understand as much as possible, then, listen to it again with the typescripts (english subtitles). I don´t find English audio with russian subtitles useful at all... (but this is only my personal opinion) Regards,

OR ALSO RUSSIAN/FOREIGN AUDIO WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE (DONT TRUST 100% AS THE SUBTITLIST SOMETIMES CHANGED OR USED THEIR OWN WORDS)
