00Just kidding.That is like saying what is the easiest language to learn. All languages are different. Different sounds, grammar, etc. All accents and dialects are different too. It depends on where or if you even want to go to the United States and how good you are at learning a language. 010id1

0 Sure, what exactly do you need help with? An accent that is easily understood no matter where people are from is probably a Western accent, like ones from Nebraska or Oklahoma. They are generally considered nuetral and from "no where". It is what probably is considered General American, I think. 0-
