0 Sure, what exactly do you need help with? An accent that is easily understood no matter where people are from is probably a Western accent, like ones from Nebraska or Oklahoma. They are generally considered nuetral and from "no where". It is what probably is considered General American, I think. 0-

0I do not watch Dr. Phil ,so I did not know his accent was sort of Southern. And I guessed at Nebraska for General American because I do not usually hear it. I mostly watch British shows. 050010id1
