What is the most annoying phrase in the English language?

For some people it's:

"Awesome" - when the thing referred to is not awesome.

For me it's:

at this point in time

to not [verb] may be the only one that annoys me to the point of distracting me from hearing the rest of whatever it is the speaker wants to say. It's like finding a cockroach in your soup: you immediately lose interest in the soup. (Not that I have any really strong opinion about it, of course!

Maybe it is because in my native tongue in such a sentence I would use "do" with "bob" and just say "smile", not "give a smile".
