Is it mean :

You are seeing a rather old-fashioned use of the word "suffer" to mean "tolerate":

AHD "suffer" v.tr. def. 2.
a. To put up with; tolerate: She does not suffer fools easily. See Synonyms at endure.
b. To permit; allow: "They were not suffered to aspire to so exalted a position as that of streetcar c

Definition taken from Oxford Dictionary:

suffer

(archaic) Tolerate.

Example: ‘France will no longer suffer the existing government’ to be done with something or someone means to finish doing something or stop having relations with someone. So, basically, the sentence can be rephrased: Guess which kind of people I won't be tolerating any more.
