What is the meaning of "That's a kind of sweet"?

Hi, everyone.
I watched a youtube clip and find a sentence that I really don't understand:

the dialogue starts at 6.40 in the clip.

here is the conversation:
Man: "Did we kill it?"
Man: "Whao!!!!"
Man: "Playing dead, That's a kind of sweet."
Lady:What're you talking about?"

Question : What's the meaning of "That's a kind of sweet"? I only know that sweet is a taste ,and besides, we have hot(spicy), sour, bitter. But I think the "sweet" here isn't really meaning a taste!
Please help!

hktraderbut then the girl respond : "What're you talking about?"
Is the girl really don't understand what the man said? I don't think so, but if not, what she wants to infer?
My guess is that it was a rhetorical question (a question posed merely for effect without the expectation of an answer), expressing her disapproval of his frivolity. You can't blame h
