What is the meaning of "run-on character"?

Dear all,

I would like to know what is "run-on character" in this sentence: "Portable loud Bluetooth speaker using a song that starts loud and fun, possibly your run-on character’s theme song."

It is about some tips for doing surprise wake-up videos. Another related sentence goes like this: "It’s funny to arrive early and do your run-on repeater lines in the driveway of the kid’s house. If it is still dark outside, make sure you have some sort of light to shine on the character, so he or she will be visible."

And what does "run-on repeater lines" here refer to ?

Some "skit characters" such as banana, big bird etc are suggested earlier. I think they may be related.

Many thanks!
