What is the meaning of "deep track record of (something)"?

Resplendat is from this sentence,"deep track record of reading material and rewriting them."
I dont understand what does this "deep track record of..." mean?

A track record usually relates to a person's accomplishments in the past.

This is what I think:

"Track record" means "history." Example: "The surgeon has a long track record of saving people who have been in bad car accidents."

"Deep track record" is not a commonly used term. You would usually see "Long track record" or just "track record."
