What is the meaning of "deep track record of (something)"?

Hello,

Could someone please help me with it?

It is from this sentence,"deep track record of reading material and rewriting them."

I dont understand what does this "deep track record of..." mean?

This is what I think:

"Track record" means "history." Example: "The surgeon has a long track record of saving people who have been in bad car accidents."

"Deep track record" is not a commonly used term. You would usually see "Long track record" or just "track record."

I've always assumed that "track record" originally referred to the times that an athlete has
